What this is
Pioneer Pennant Process is an information tool for high school softball families: school data, fit reports, recruiting rules education, email scaffolds, and a recruiting log. It is operated by Pioneer Pennant, a Pioneer Data Analytics product.
What this is not
It is not professional advice, and it is not a promise. The school data comes from public sources and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date the day after we collected it. NCAA rules change every year and sometimes mid-year. Before you act on anything important (a deadline, a rule, a cost, a coach's name), verify it with the school, the NCAA, or your athlete's counselor. No tool can guarantee a roster spot, a scholarship, or a reply from a coach, and we do not.
No affiliation
Pioneer Pennant Process is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, the NAIA, or any college or university. School names and information appear only to identify and describe the programs.
Your account
Keep your login to yourself and give us accurate information. Accounts for athletes under 18 require a parent or guardian's consent at signup. You are responsible for what happens under your login until you tell us something is wrong.
Fair use
The tool is for your family's own recruiting process. Do not scrape, bulk-export, resell, or republish the database; do not use the coach contacts for spam or anything but your athlete's own genuine outreach; do not try to break, overload, or sneak past the paywall or other protections. We can suspend accounts that abuse the tool or other people.
Paying for it
Full access is a yearly subscription. The price follows the current high school senior class: while the class of 2027 are the seniors the price is $27, when the 2028s take over it is $28, and so on, and your price stays your price for as long as you keep the subscription. It renews yearly until you cancel, which you can do any time from your account page; cancelling stops future renewals and your access runs through the period you paid for. If a charge is ever wrong, email us and a person will make it right.
Whose stuff is whose
The software, the site, and our compiled school data are ours. Your athlete's profile and log are yours: you give us permission to store and process them only to run the tool for you, and that permission ends when you delete them.
The legal armor
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Housekeeping
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If we change the terms in a way that matters, we will update the effective date and tell account holders by email; continuing to use the tool after that means you accept the change. If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
