Questions coaches ask
What do my families pay?
Nothing while she is on your team. Each family makes its own account, joins with your code, and gets full access. If she leaves or the team does not renew, her account and everything on it stay hers, and she can keep going on the family plan, $27 a year.
What do coaches see?
Her name, always. If a parent turns sharing on (or she does, at 18), also her class year and positions, the day she joined and the date of her latest log entry, her recruiting log by date, school, and type, her Top Ten, and her upcoming schedule. Never the notes on her log, the text of any email, her own-words answers, her contact details, her grades or test scores, or her photos.
Does it cover NAIA and junior colleges?
Not yet. Process covers every NCAA Division I, II, and III softball program today, and NAIA and junior colleges are being added. Until then, a program Process does not hold is named back to you when you log it and left off the picture.
Does Process email college coaches for us?
No. Every email goes from your own email, or from the player's, so it lands in the coach's inbox like any other. Process drafts it; you send it.
A family already pays for Process.
Her family plan keeps running on its own, and the team covers her too while she is on it. The family can cancel its own plan any time from the account page.
Our club has several teams.
Each team is its own plan at $197 a year, with its own coaches and code, and one login can coach more than one team. Running several? Email [email protected] and we will set them up together.
