Ask a question
Plain-English answers from the school database: coaches, costs, majors, comparisons, and which schools fit a description.
Steps
- Open Ask a question in the header and type the question the way you would ask a knowledgeable parent: "compare Grand Valley and Ferris State for a family worried about cost" works better than keywords.
- Wait ten to fifteen seconds. The answer is built from live queries against the database, and every school it names gets a card under it.
- Follow the school links in the answer, or ask a follow-up as a new question.
- Recruiting-rules, eligibility, and injury questions go to The Process or to the right office instead of an opinion; that is on purpose.
What good looks like
An answer that leads with the point, compares side by side when two schools are named, says "we don't have a coach on file for X yet" rather than guessing, and links the school pages.
Mistakes we see
- Asking for a named player or a staff member's phone number. Ask does not hold rosters or personal contacts and will say so.
- Treating an answer about fit as a coach's opinion. It is the data's opinion; fit on the field is still the coach's call.
